This package is designed for the entrepreneur who wants to start a new business by purchasing a Shelf Company – (PTY) LTD OR SECTION 21 (Non-Profit). Although registering your business is the first step, we believe you will need additional information to assist you to move forward towards starting to trade in the business. The faster that happens, the sooner you can start to make some money.
We therefore decided that we will not only register your business for you, but that we will throw in the following additional FREE services to assist you to get your business started and moving in the right direction.
PURCHASE A SHELF COMPANY - (PTY) LTD OR SECTION 21 (non-profit)
The package includes the following:
- Shelf Company
- Income tax registration
- VAT registration
- PAYE/SDL/UIF registration
- Employee UIF registration
- Appointment of Liedon as Auditor
All for a once-off cost of R3 450 incl. VAT
Terms and Conditions
All registrations included in the package with SARS and UIF must be performed at the same time as the purchase of the shelf company, i.e. the bank account must be opened within 2 weeks of receiving your company documents, for the above registrations to be performed.
If you decide not to go for the Special Start-up Package and require only to Purchase a Shelf Company, it will be at a cost of R2 220 incl. VAT, this cost includes Liedon being appointed as the Auditor of the company.
