The package includes the following:
- Purchase of a Section 21 Company OR Register with the Department of Social Development.
- Develop a standard constitution
- Obtain a NPO Number
- Register for income tax exemption with SARS
- Register for VAT with SARS (if required)
- Appointment of Liedon as Auditor or Accountant
All for a once-off cost of R2964 incl VAT for a Non-Profit organisation OR R5184 incl VAT for a Section 21 Company.
